1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Grig Plumbing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Grig Plumbing provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, pipe repair, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, and commercial plumbing services.

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most plumbing projects. Estimates are based on the information provided and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if conditions differ from the initial assessment.

Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding. We will provide a revised estimate for any additional work required.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Past due accounts may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if collection action is required.

5. Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on labor for most repair services. Parts and equipment warranties vary by manufacturer. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to our work.

6. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grig Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grig Plumbing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
